What can you expect on this blog?
NATURAL HAIR ADVICE, PHOTOS, DISCUSSIONS, GUEST BLOGGERS & LOTS MORE (hopefully.. maybe games, giveaways and puzzles)
This blog was born out of my passion for natural hair... err... syke! it was REALLY born out of seeking solutions to find natural hair products in the place i currently live - Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria. Yeah, 1st of all... most salons don't care too much for natural hair and the ones who do care are OVER PRICED! Also they tend to use different kinds of products on the hair and for people like me who are very particular about what goes atop these 'ere parts, it could be quite bothersome.
Thus many of us, some fortunate to travel abroad, buy in bulk and keep or ask our friends to help us. So i thought, why don't we just help you all buy in bulk and keep, so when you suddenly run out, we can be your back up plan :)
While thinking about the aforementioned, some of my "nache-sisters" mentioned that they make their own oils and moisturizers! That's all good too! I am hoping that on this blog i will share with you how to make your own and where you can find the condiments!
I am truly excited about being able to fill this need in the lives of my nache-sisters! I hope you all allow me to help you :) That's why I am here...
I am learning that with the right products, although keeping natural hair here is not the norm, your style can become acceptable and even enviable. You can become an encouragement for our sisters who are having a hard time following the healthier route and plunging in for the big chop.
